Appletree-Academy is hiring patient, flexible and nurturing teachers to join our team as a Preschool Teacher, Infant and Toddler teachers. You’ll use your caring attitude, creative nature and excellent communication and collaboration skills in the classroom. Among your responsibilities will be:

§ Providing general classroom supervision, which includes the personal care, hygiene, and positive guidance for the children.

§ Preparing and implementing activities for children that stress physical, social, and emotional growth.

§ Providing materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in active play.

Appletree Academy provides quality educational childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DHR QUALIFIED DIRECTOR TO MANAGE THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF OUR CENTER.

DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

-STAFF SUPERVISION
-CHILDRENS DAILY ACTIVITIES
-POSITIVE COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS
-TOURS, ENROLLMENT AND MAINTAINING FILES
-CMA DAILY ATTENDANCE
-CHILD NUTRITION RECORDS
-DAILY CLEANING
-STAFF HIRING/FIRING/SCHEDULING
-ENFORCING ALL COMPANY POLICIES AS WELL AS MAINTAINING
ALL STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-POSITIVE ATTITUDE
-FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
-CDA, ASSOCIATE OR BACHELORS IN CHILD DEVELOPMENT OR
EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A LICENSED CHILD CARE FACILITY
-SATISFACTORY BACKGROUND AND CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE
-DHR REQUIREMENTS
