What began as the Luk family's vision to bring the Chinatown community together through a race has grown into a cherished tradition. For 20 years, the Chicago Chinatown 5K has united our community, celebrated our heritage, and inspired new generations of runners to carry this legacy forward.

To our dedicated runners, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters, thank you for making this race possible. This race has always been for the community, and it will continue to be a race that gives back to the community. 100% of the event's net proceeds directly support Project: VISION free afterschool programs and workshops, helping prepare the next generation of youth for success and enabling them to reach their full potential.
