Mrs. Riley's CMA students are in the lab today practicing vital signs. It's always fun to watch their confidence grow as they gain more experience with the skills they will take with them into the field!

Itβs an exciting and historical day at CTC! Mr. Meyerβs Animal Science class is getting hands-on experience at our school farm. Today, they had the chance to evaluate a set of hogs that Mr. Meyer brought in.
This was the longtime vision behind the farm project, create a space to experience the real world of agriculture and learning by doing. Seeing that vision come to life is pretty special, especially knowing this day has been many, many years in the making.
This is what real-world learning at CTC is all about!

Students in Mrs. Dallas' Banking and Finance class stepped back in time as they participated in a Stock Market simulation. They invested in companies from the late 1920s and early 1930s and competed as teams to see whose investments were the most successful.

At CTC, we want our students to step off the graduation stage with the skills and confidence to be successful in whatever comes next.
Our Career Lessons give juniors and seniors a chance to learn the basics of the job search. This includes researching careers and building a resume to interviewing and following up with employers.
A BIG thanks to Mrs. Green and Mrs. Powell for the work they put into making these lessons meaningful for our students!
