🌎📚 Happy Hispanic Heritage Month, Fairview Tigers! 📚🌎

Today is the first day of Hispanic Heritage Month, and we’re excited to celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, stories, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities! ❤️💛💙💚

Throughout the month, our students will have opportunities to learn, read, explore, and celebrate. Our library has put together a special slide presentation filled with read-alouds and other fun goodies for students to enjoy. Teachers can share the presentation with their classes, and families are welcome to explore it together at home!

Our Fairview Elementary students have been putting their teamwork skills to the test in PE by building Hula Huts! 🏠⭕️

Students are working together to communicate, problem-solve, share ideas, and encourage one another as they build their own creations. It’s awesome to see them learning that sometimes the best way to succeed is by working together! 💪🤝

What a fantastic first week at Fairview Elementary! Our classrooms were buzzing with excitement as students and teachers began building their teams and getting ready for an amazing year.

The week was filled with team-building challenges, getting to know our teachers and classmates, learning classroom routines, practicing procedures, and making new connections. Several classes even jumped right into academic learning!

We’re so proud of how our students jumped into the first week with curiosity, courage, and a willingness to learn. 🌟

Last night was a wonderful evening at Fairview Elementary Open House! We loved seeing our students and families as they met their teachers, dropped off school supplies, and got ready for their first mission of the new school year!

Families also had the opportunity to connect with Food Services and Transportation with any questions or needs.

🎯 Mission Possible officially begins Monday! We’re ready for a year filled with learning, discovering, growing, and making memories together. We can’t wait to see our Fairview Tigers back in action!

🎉The final days of the school year at Fairview were packed with fun activities, laughter, special memories, and emotional goodbyes.

One of the most memorable moments was watching our 3rd graders take their final walk through the halls of their elementary school. There were tears as students said goodbye to the place that has been home for so many important memories, but there was also excitement and anticipation for the adventures waiting ahead at the CIC! 🎓✨ We are so proud of this amazing group of students and cannot wait to see all they accomplish.

👏 A huge THANK YOU to Southwest Missouri Bank for helping make our yearbooks extra special! Their generous donation toward printing costs and help assembling the yearbooks gave students and staff lasting memories to treasure for years to come.

We hope all of our Fairview families have a safe, relaxing, and FUN summer! 🍉🕶️🌈

A huge THANK YOU to Taqueria Los Compas for treating our students and staff to an amazing snack today! 🌮🧀🥳

They generously donated chips, queso, and salsa for every student and staff member, and let’s just say there were lots of happy faces around the building! Your kindness and support mean so much to our school community.
