We are officially announcing our first ever Vertical Compression Method — Level 1 (VCM™) training.

VCM is Eastern Ashiatsu — over 5,000 years of proven barefoot bodywork — translated into the language of Western anatomy, physiology, and clinical science.

This is a 3-day immersive training for licensed massage therapists who are ready to add gravity-assisted barefoot bodywork to their practice and elevate their clinical results.

Something new has a name.
For years, those of you here in South Florida — and on our table in Boca Raton — have experienced this work. Deep, gravity-assisted pressure delivered through the feet, rooted in over 5,000 years of Eastern healing tradition.

What I want you to know is this: the work has not changed. Not one bit.

What has changed is the language we use to describe it.

We are introducing Vertical Compression Method (VCM)™ — a name chosen with great care and deep intention.

Translated into the language of Western anatomy, physiology, and clinical science — so that this ancient, powerful tradition can reach more people. Athletes. Physical therapists. Those who would never pick up an Eastern medicine text, but whose bodies need exactly this kind of work.

The bridge between East and West has always been here.
We are simply naming it now.

If you have been on our table, you already know what VCM feels like. You have felt your nervous system soften. You have felt tension release that hands alone could not reach. You have felt your body reorganize under steady, intentional load.
That is VCM.
Same roots. Same depth. New language. Wider reach.
