For those that have sacrificed so much 🇺🇸
Today was more than 10 miles.
It was a day of remembrance, brotherhood, sisterhood, and purpose.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to every veteran, family member, volunteer, partner, and supporter who made the Memorial Day Ruck possible.

As long as we continue to tell their stories, they are never forgotten.

For those who have sacrificed it all 🇺🇸
Ten miles is not a big deal when you’re walking for men and women who gave their tomorrows for our todays.
The real question is this:
Are you living a life worthy of their sacrifice?
Are you living with honor for those who never made it home?
Are you carrying yourself in a way that reflects the price they paid for our freedom?
This is my challenge to you:
Live with purpose.
Live with integrity.
Live courageously.
Live honorably for those who no longer have the opportunity to.
Never waste the freedom someone else died to protect.

What if someone is alive today because of a phone call you almost didn’t make?
Years ago, I had already decided to end my life.
Then my phone rang.
A Marine I barely knew invited me out for something completely random and ridiculous.
He thought he was just inviting me to hang out.
What he actually did…
