We recently returned from Guatemala, a place where the legacy of Blessed Stanley Rother still resonates deeply.

An Oklahoma priest and missionary, Bl. Stanley served the people of Guatemala and refused to abandon his flock even as violence escalated around him.

His witness reminds us that serving those in need is about more than providing for immediate needs. It’s about seeing each person’s dignity, building relationships and walking alongside them. 👣

Bl. Stanley’s spirit continues to inspire the work of those who serve the poor around the world today.
