After a day of being outside at Aguacate 🥑 with some epic humans that I know for years (some new), who I love immensely, I was woken up just now to record a prayer for deeper love for our own selves, for one another AND Mother Earth, who we have somehow forgotten that our precious earth is what we are made of.

She heals us, she supports us, she recycles us, she takes for us our pains, and transforms all our s**t 💩 into fertilizer !! Nature is so highly innovative, intelligent, subtle, and spending the whole day outside, (I did take a cat nap at NuMayra Bolanos ) and in this time where many of us are feeling worries, anxiety, depressed, or not considered or supported, it is moments like these, these 𝘾𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙤 𝙎𝙤𝙡 | Ceremonial Cacao rituals and gatherings with group singing and live music that remind us of what truly matters which is to LOVE.
