When you feel sad, alone, hurt, negative or just down... look up. Remember your thoughts are heard. Your prayers are answered. The more you want (xyz) the more you should give (xyz) Positivity brings more possibilities.

Where do you find your peace? Is it a place, smell, state of mind, or activity? I find my peace in studying my teaching materials, daily yoga practice and teaching. We are surrounded by beauty. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to notice and see but as the good book says, “Knock and the door will be answered. Seek and you shall find. Ask and you will be given.”

Life is a journey. Be grateful for wherever you are and know where you’re headed.
