Happy New Year near and far and to all who celebrate.

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads, Step Dads, Uncles, Nephews, Foster Fathers, Friends, Role Models, and even the Single moms who played both roles in raising children. Kudos to you!

On June 1 at 10:30 pm Eastern Time, Niagara Falls was illuminated in teal to kick off Myasthenia Gravis (MG) Awareness Month! Thank you to our volunteer Lyndsi for making this happen!

Impact of Tariffs:

Several food items are likely to experience price increases due to tariffs, including imported goods like , coffee, cheese, olive oil, chocolate, some seafood/Shrimp, Olive Oil/cooking oils,nuts ( cashews, pecans, Cocoa, macadamias,) tomatoes, , candy bars & alcohol (Vodka, Beer, Tequila, Canadian whisky, Scotch whisky, and Cognac.) Plus toilet paper, paper towels, other paper products...and more!

Price of Aluminum will impact canned beverages: alcohol and soda, plus other products!

Biggest Tariff hit on perishables:
Bananas, Berries, Grapes, Tomatoes, Avocados, Onions, Garlic,

Tariffs will affect items packaged in plastic and aluminum foil.

Stock up on:

Beans, rice, and canned goods (fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish/Tuna-Salmon-Anchovies)

Dried fruit, nuts, seeds, and protein bars, peanut butter, granola bars, and crackers, for variety and healthy snacks. Look around the isles to explore needs, costs and Country of Origin.
