A strong readiness strategy isnโt just about scheduling test dates or ramping up preparation a few weeks before an exam. Itโs about building a clear path for how students will get there. ๐ฏ
โYour assessment plan is in fact a journey,โ Mya Calloway Asberry, Ed.D, Director of Instructional Services at MasteryPrep, said during a recent webinar. โAnd whenever weโre going on that journey, we need a roadmap.โ
That means thinking intentionally about the data, intervention, progress monitoring, and communication that happen throughout the year.
Learn how the 5๏ธโฃ-part ALIGN Framework can help schools and districts move from reactive test prep to a more intentional, connected approach.

Not all readiness programs are created equal. Some focus primarily on test practice, while others emphasize strategy. But the most effective programs go deeper, drawing on an understanding of how students learn. ๐ง
That philosophy has guided MasteryPrep since 2013. Grounded in educational research, learning science, and student performance data, our mastery-based approach helps students prepare for high-stakes tests while building the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.
โA big part of what makes MasteryPrep work is that we built our programs around insights from cognitive psychology and proven instructional practices,โ says CEO and Founder Craig Gehring.
