Do you give gifts and or gift baskets to your customers, clients and vendors every holiday season? If so, I can make the rounds and deliver them for you. If not, let's start a new tradition and show them how valuable they are.

With Thanksgiving over you might be looking at all the leftovers and wondering what to do. Well unless you have a son-in-law that knows what to do with a turkey carcass you will probably start slicing that leftover bird and making sandwiches. Stop! I have three words for ya: GUM FREAKING BO!!!
Boil that bad boy down, bones and all, for the stock.
Pull the bones out and leave the meat in.
In a cast iron skillet make the roux and add the trinity.
Add a good andouille to the stock.
Add the roux to your taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over Louisiana rice.
Everybody has a little twist to their gumbo but you get the idea.
