Lighting and cameras will operate 24/7 to create a safe, public place for residents to conduct e-commerce transactions or child custody exchanges. Our goal is to help reduce fraudulent transactions and promote overall safety. The SAFE EXCHANGE ZONE is in front of the WFPSO Substation at 8562 US HWY 61 in St. Francisville.
