Meet Dylan! Dylan’s massage is a consistent mix of gentle deep tissue and relaxation techniques. Dylan loves to see clients who are new moms, and clients struggling with sciatica. She loves helping clients who have had negative experiences with deep tissue in past massages – she is passionate about educating and helping clients see the benefit of deep tissue work without it being painful!

With 17 years of experience she has gained additional expertise with Neuromuscular Therapy – headaches, tmj, upper crossed syndrome, frozen shoulder, sciatica, plantar fascitis and more. Sheila says her love for massage comes from helping clients alleviate pain and feel more comfortable in their own body. In her spare time, Sheila enjoys lifting weights and learning new things!
