It was an absolute joy to host SOAR participants in our new facility. This was a great experience to connect with our neighbors and friends. Mosaic loves to partner with our community to teach, and connect!

We are proud to support our new residents as they begin their training and serve our Fox Valley Community. We are anxiously awaiting their arrival!

Excitement is building at the Mosaic Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency as the team gets ready to welcome their new residents in June. We love seeing the enthusiasm of faculty, administrators, and current residents across our WiNC programs as they prepare for the next academic year. 🏥🤝🎉

Neighbors Helping Neighbors

We’re proud to continue another year of service by supporting the 2026 Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive! Last Years’ drive helped stock the shelves of 137 crisis programs in 22 Wisconsin communities! We believe that providing essential hygiene items—like soap, shampoo, and toothpaste—is about more than just supplies; it’s about restoring dignity and showing up for our community.
A huge thank you to our Mosaic team for stepping up to support our neighbors. Together, we’re making a clean start possible for everyone!

Weather Closing: Mosaic Family Health will be closed March 16th due to the extreme weather conditions. Please be safe. If you have an emergency, please call 911. If you need to talk with a nurse or physician, please call 920-832-2783 to reach someone through our answering service. Non urgent needs, including refills will be addressed when normal operations resume.
