At Partnership Community Health Center, we love celebrating the many talents, cultures, and passions that make our community stronger.

One of our Financial Navigators is deeply involved in Hmong dance as both a dancer and coach, and while she is not participating in this event, we know firsthand the dedication, teamwork, and cultural pride that youth dance programs inspire.

Jeanine “Gnee” Hoffmann-Neumeyer 💙

Hi everyone! I’m Gnee, one of the Financial Navigators here at Partnership Community Health Center. My role is to help patients and families navigate insurance, coverage options, community resources, and financial assistance programs so healthcare feels a little less stressful and a lot more manageable.

A little about me:

🦷 I have a background in medical, dental, and insurance billing
👩‍👦 I’m a mom- Oliver is turning 3 in June!
✈️ I love to travel and experience new cultures, foods and adventures!
📚 My goal for 2026 is 50 books read, I’m already 1/2 way there!
🤝 I love helping people feel heard, supported, and informed
📋 My favorite part of this job is helping patients find solutions they didn’t know were available
☕ My desk usually has picture frames, candy to share, paperwork, and about 47 sticky notes at any given time
🧡 I believe healthcare should feel compassionate — not confusing

As a Financial Navigator, I can help with things like:

Our Sliding Fee Program helps make medical, dental, and behavioral health services more affordable based on household size and income. No judgment. No shame. Just care for our community.

To determine eligibility, please provide proof of income dated within 30 days of your appointment. Accepted documents may include:
