Join us tonight (Wednesday, August 19) at the Elisha D. Smith Public Library in Menasha for the first of our peer support group meetings for those navigating the emotional impact of the tornado and its aftermath. Connect with others who understand, share experiences, and find support. 💚
In the aftermath of a disaster, it can be easy to let the emotional impact of the trauma take a back seat as one navigates immediate needs. At the same time, taking care of one's mental health in a time of crisis is critically important.
If you are an adult who has been impacted by the recent devastating tornado in our community, NAMI Fox Valley invites you to join us at a free peer support group specifically for those navigating the emotional impact of the storm and its aftermath.
This is an opportunity for those affected to come together, share experiences, connect with others who understand, and find support.
There is no charge to attend this group and no registration is required. Simply come join us at the Elisha D. Smith Public Library in Menasha on any of the following dates and times:
🔹Wednesday, August 19, 6:00-7:30 PM
🔹Wednesday, August 26, 6:00-7:30 PM
🔹Wednesday, September 2, 6:00-7:30 PM
If you have questions, please reach out to Vicki Rivera at [email protected] or 920-740-4565.
