Once again it's Mental Health and Wellness Challenge Monday!

From Memorial Day through September known as National Su***de Awareness Month, and into the 1st full week in October which marks the beginning of Emotional Wellness Month, a time of year for Depression and Mental Health Screenings, and in Honor of World Mental Health Day on October 10th.

As part of our "Sacred Circle" Mental Health and Wellness Program we have created we would like everyone to focus on the 4 Aspects of Life found within the Sacred Medicine Wheel Teachings.

The 4 Aspects of Life teach us about Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Wellness.

The Challenge for everyone is to make every Monday a Mental Health Monday!

Don't forget to share with us a picture of you focusing on one of the 4 Aspects of Life include in your post .

Each photo you post throughout the challenge will equal an entry into a random drawing that will be held on October 10th.

Giving Back to the Community!

1 month from today we will be setting up at the Neenah-Menasha Intertribal Pow Wow being held at Shattuck Park in Neenah from 2 - 6 pm.

Every purchase, and donation made either from our stand or from our online website on that day will go towards our "Frybread with Love" Program helping families in need.

If you know of any indigenous families negatively impacted by the storms this last year or going through any sort of hardship please share our non-profit with them so they can go to our website and sign up for this program.

We created the "Frybread With Love" Program as a way to help those families in the community who may be going through a hardship.

They could be down on their luck, or an unexpected circumstance has risen and now things seem hopeless. Uncertainty may be creating additional stressors, maybe they are having to choose between what bill to pay or feed their family.

If you know of an Indigenous family in need please share this information with them so they can go to our First Nations Outreach, Inc. website and sign up on under our services page.

We are sharing this wonderful opportunity for those who support the services and programs that we provide to the Fox Cities and Surrounding Areas.

We would love to provide more programming and services to the community, and would like to share our dream with you!

If you would like to Support First Nations Outreach, Inc. please check out the Letter of Support we are currently gathering signatures for.

We hope to show those in positions that are able to make huge change within our community, that there is: a need, a want, and support for a dream of a Community and Cultural Center we would like to open in the Fox Cities Area.

You can click on the link below or scan the QR Code.

The donation on change.org does not go to our fundraising efforts, it goes towards the change.org platform and will increase our odds of this community support letter being seen by more people on that particular platform.

If you would like to donate to our building campaign feel free to do so on our website at www.firstnationsoutreachinc.org. You can find it on our fundraising campaigns page under the more tab.
