A prostate cancer diagnosis can bring a lot of uncertainty, but advances in detection, treatment, and care mean that many men go on to live for years after their diagnosis.

This Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, we’re sharing facts that remind us that hope is part of the journey, too.

If you or someone you love is facing prostate cancer, support is available.

Living with cancer can take its toll on the body, mind and soul. Massage therapy can offer a chance to relax, and ease muscle tension.

Through our partnership with Conestoga College, massage therapy programing is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Asking for support isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a step toward taking care of yourself.

During Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, we’re reminding men facing prostate cancer that they don’t have to navigate their journey alone. Whether it’s talking with someone who understands, joining a support group, or reaching out to loved ones, support is available.
