Lauren is an Equine body worker and animal intuitive located in lower mainland,BC, Canada Lauren is a graduate of the BC College of Equine Therapy.
Horses are emotional, intuitive animals. During my sessions I keep these two characteristics in mind. I not only address physical imbalances, but I also focus on underlying emotional and energetic components.

August Intention ✨️
July felt very much like a month to focus on taking care of self
As we are moving into August, I felt a shift and the need to set a new intention ⬇️

Be as present as you can for what can seem to be such small moments 💕 I expect they'll be the moments I cherish the most, in years to come
I've spent more time with in person sessions as of late, but I was reminded today how much I love sitting down in this space and connecting from a distance
