Each 45-minute session is focused on high-energy endurance workouts combining cardio, strength training, and functional movement.
Over the 3 weeks, you’ll experience a variety of workouts including circuit training, HIIT, bodyweight exercises, core conditioning, and resistance training to help you lose weight, build lean muscle, and improve overall stamina.
Each week introduces new challenges to keep your body progressing and adapting.
As a bonus, enjoy 3 additional specialty classes such as Zumba® Toning, Pound, and more.
Don't like doing abs because your back, lower back, or neck hurt?
Stationary abs are a great option for those who find it difficult to do exercises on the floor.
Stand straight, squeeze your core, bend your knees, and lean forward slightly.
These exercises are effective and no worse than classic abs while lying down, as they allow you to activate the abs from different angles and stabilize the spine during ex*****on. They help strengthen the core muscles and increase the support force for people with spinal problems. In addition, these exercises can be adapted to different levels of physical fitness, starting with simple movements and gradually increasing the intensity.
It is important to perform them correctly and with concentration, adhering to the correct technique for maximum efficiency and safety.

Do not forget about regular training and a gradual increase in load to achieve the desired results!
The most common mistakes, that occur when performing such an exercise as planks:
⛔deep extension of lower back or hips raised too high,
⛔head thrown back,
⛔hands are very far from the shoulders and body.
How to fix such errors?
Itʼs good to have a coach or a mirror nearby if you are practicing alone.
✅ Pull the pelvis forward and up (pelvic tilt), imagine that the belly button is drawn into the abdomen.
✅ Straighten your neck and extend the top of your head forward, forming one line with the spine.
✅ Place your palms clearly under your shoulders so that a 90° angle is formed between your body and hands.
Coach's tips - are the key to effective and safe training!
We often wait for motivation to strike before we start moving. We look for that perfect spark of inspiration to hit the gym, work on the business, or make a hard lifestyle change.
But here is the truth: Motivation is a feeling, and feelings are fickle. If you only show up when you feel like it, you will never build the consistency required for real transformation.
