Nirgam Project - South Asia πŸ“

Praise God that translations of the Gospel of Luke, 1 Timothy, and 2 Thessalonians were quality-checked with a consultant! The work sessions left a positive impression on Usidi, a Nirgam believer who participated in this last step of translation. Usidi helped find Nirgam words to express difficult concepts like mercy, grace, and clear conscience.

Pastor Eric from the Koffa language community in Cameroon is helping to translate the New Testament for his people.

The more he translates God's Words into his language, the more he can preach words he truly understands and lives out! Thank you for supporting local leaders and churches as they make disciples in their communities.

Isaac's understanding of Jesus was transformed while watching the the "JESUS" film in his language, Kabras. He now helps the Kabras project team arrange showings in isolated villages where people like him have never understood church services held only in English and Swahili. Thank You, Father, for welcoming over 40 people who speak the Kabras language into Your family during the last few months. Kabras - Kenya πŸ“

The Parak, Kwanay and Gamata communities are composing special songs about God's Word to sing at their upcoming New Testament dedication ceremonies.

Lord, as they meditate on verses in their language that describe the power and truth of Your Word, help them to believe what they sing and cherish the treasure of Scripture. Jam Ma Cluster - Cameroon πŸ“
