We’re back with our Gender Equity Mechanics Socials… and this one is a group ride! Join us as we ride from Two Wheel View to the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary, where we will embark on a guided bird tour led by the City of Calgary Parks Program! This is a casual, no-drop group bike ride open to all experience levels.

About GEM:
GEM is a volunteer powered program that champions gender equity in the cycling community by creating spaces where women, trans femme, and non-binary (WTFNB) folks can feel confident, comfortable, and empowered while working with and riding bikes.

Big congrats to Kate Smith-Parent of Spartan Controls Ltd. for the winning bid on our donated Elektra at the Joule Women’s Energy Network golf tournament yesterday!

Through programs like Earn-a-Bike (aka bike club), Two Wheel View helps young people build confidence, learn skills, explore their communities, and make connections along the way.

Support from Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink helps make these opportunities possible for youth in our community. We’re so grateful to everyone who helps us get more young people riding, learning, and growing together!
