Members Only!
This weekend nobody has booked Canoe Meadows, so we will offer individual camping in the group site for AWA members (required for insurance purposes) at the Individual AWA pricing. It is a family friendly weekend, and there are no formal activities. Check in with Mike at the grey C**t trailer to confirm your booking.
There are also two not-to-miss events happening: the Brierley's Whoop-Up (Freestyle & Festival; Sat/Sun) and Harvie Open (Slalom & Freestyle; Sunday).

The AQ Outdoors 5-day Playboating Progression Course will be a flexible, progression-focused course designed for intermediate freestyle paddlers. Depending on what features are in, the program will focus on a mix of downriver, hole and wave freestyle skills. From wavewheels to kick flips, flat spins to loops, blunts, shuvits and more. The program will mix fundamental skill development in flatwater and easy features with dynamic sessions on key play features on the Slave. Through the program, participants can expect to get a better understanding of key freestyle moves and concepts and have an opportunity to practice and learn under the guidance of AQ Outdoors instructor Hanna Gazzard.
