A worrying mystery is unfolding off WA's south-west coast, with scientists reporting a 60% drop in migrating humpback whale sightings compared to recent years. Researchers are investigating possible causes, including changes in food availability, migration patterns and disease, but say it's too early to know what's behind the decline. 🐋🌊
