Commissioner for Children and Young People WA is running a free photography competition open to children and young people aged 8 to 17 living in Western Australia.
Itβs a great opportunity to talk with children and young people in your life about the themes and what matters to them. They might like to represent nature, their connection to place or the home garden.
We encourage families to check out our ReWild Perth resources and work together as a family to bring nature home. You may want to share your ReWild Perth journey with other families through Snapshot WA.

π Meet Matt from Water Corporation and see his Waterwise Native Bush Garden in Eglinton!
After receiving a gum tree through his local council, Matt was inspired to bring greenery and habitat for wildlife to his house in Eglinton. Now his garden is a paradise for people, birds, and insects, while using a lot less water.
Matt's journey is proof that ReWilding can start small, and that you donβt need a big block to establish a waterwise native garden.
