We’ve been putting the final touches on the Rausch Custom in Cheney. This 3,537 square foot home merges mid-century modern with the trappings of a country estate. Designed by John Eck, every detail was considered. From radiant slab heat, tongue & groove cedar siding, an abundance of natural lighting, and hybrid outdoor space, this was a joy to build. Congratulations to our clients, Hugh and Belinda!

This & that. We have a lot of exciting work to share as 2025 wraps up. Proud of our team that cares deeply about everything we touch; equally proud of the people I get to work with at Crain Development.

Excited to share a personal project for Butler Co! We welcomed our son Killian in early May and are so happy we got to design and build his nursery! This room was made with lots of love 🫶🏼

We’re cooking up two new custom homes and can’t wait to show you the progress! For now, we’re giving more love to one of our favorite kitchen projects.

What would be the first meal you’d cook in The Newport kitchen?👇🏼

When designing the ceiling (the “5th wall”) for The Newport’s great room, we knew we wanted to add an architectural detail to break up the open space. We chose the classically elegant coffered ceiling to add a historic reference to this modern day home. It adds the right amount of detail and class! What do you think?
