Wow, our reading community is absolutely crushing it!

In just the very first week of school, our Huskies checked out a mind-blowing 599 books from the library! Our shelves were practically flying open as students raced in to grab their next great adventure. From colorful picture books to thrilling chapter series, the reading energy in our hallways is unmatched.

We are so proud to see our youngest learners diving headfirst into pages of discovery and kicking off our community reading promotion in style.

DHE staff and PTA leadership spent today learning more about Leader in Me and the 7 Habits. We’re excited to bring these leadership skills to our Huskies! A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the learning today and to Mrs. Frey for leading the training! 💙
