STUDIO UPDATE! Classes at the Pintail location will begin June 15th. The current schedule for the 301 will remain the same until then. A new schedule for the Pintail studio is still being finalized and will be out soon!

We're already dreaming about the weekend!
Becky will be with you all day Friday subbing ASHTANGA & EXPAND for Aasne in the morning and then she'll be back at 4:15 for her FRIDAY FLOW. Then on Saturday you get a special appearance from Jennifer who will be subbing for Alane's FLOW FIT! And this weekend you get a triple dose of Alicia with ELEVATE on Saturday and she'll be filling in for Courtney's Sunday morning EXPAND & ROOTED.
