📣📣Welcome to the hill, Mrs. Dillard! Michele Dillard is an experienced educator currently teaching 8th grade mathematics at Greenbrier Middle School. With 23 years of service in Robertson County Schools, she brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and passion for student success to her classroom.
Mrs. Dillard began her teaching career in a high school “Success” program designed to support students at risk of dropping out. This early experience shaped her instructional approach and equipped her with the skills to meet diverse learning needs. Over the years, she has taught a variety of subjects and grade levels, including 8th grade Algebra, 7th grade English Language Arts, math, and science.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Master of Arts in Middle School Mathematics from Austin Peay State University. In addition to her classroom experience, Mrs. Dillard has served as a Teacher Leader in Robertson County, mentoring both fellow educators and student teachers.
Outside of school, Mrs. Dillard enjoys life on her family farm in Robertson County with her husband, where they appreciate the peace and quiet of their farm life. She is an avid sports fan, especially when cheering on her students or her sons as they coach. She also enjoys being a proud supporter of the Tennessee Volunteers. She also treasures time spent with her grandsons and extended family.
