Progress is a real boy! At the Brooklake bnb, we removed the hearth but are keeping a portion of the fireplace. Our client’s gpa built it himself! We love the story!

Brooklake Farms Bnb. This project is personal to our client. She lived in her grandpa’s home red s**g and all. As we update this property, we also honor the significance of the story and the family legacy that is beautifully alive and well.

You don’t always have to demo the whole thing! We’ve created a full functioning space for a dozen plus people to enjoy.

This space is the upstairs bunk room we have called The Lookout. It has great views of the property at The Lodge. We were able to remove some existing hvac ductwork hiding in some bumpouts to gain some more space. In the bathroom we strategically hid the attic access with wainscoting. Much improved and ready for guests!

This primary bedroom/bath is part of the lodge project we recently completed. The intention with what we kept and what we updated resulted in a pretty sweet space.

Afternoon site visit and these friends decided to make a trip across the pond to say hi!
