WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

As all of you know, we take a lot of pride in being YOUR Hometown Outdoor Store! Part of that is being involved in, and supporting, the community. We are partnering with Cross Trail Outfitters - Springfield Chapter, and we need your help.

All you have to do is share this post and we will donate $1 per share (up to $500) to the local chapter. CTO helps local kids experience the outdoors who wouldn’t have the chance under normal circumstances through camps, education, and many other ways/programs. Representing Cross Trail Outfitters at the Cox Kids Health and Safety Fair! Come out and shoot BB guns with us and learn all about gun safety.

Had a great night at the CTO of Missouri banquet.

What a great afternoon of fellowship and fishing. The rain held off and the sunshine came out for part of the event but the fish started really biting when the rain picked up! If you are looking for a way to get your kids closer to God and into His creation CTO is the way to go.

Join us at the Bois D’ Arc Conservation pond for some catch and release fishing and fellowship. Registration link will be posted in the comments.

We wrapped up a successful fishing outing. The boys didn’t snag any spoonbill this trip but they did get to see a few up close. They caught 55 white bass and 15 catfish.

The boys studied Luke 8:11-15 during campfire time and discussed the importance of
being planted where they can grow. We talked about surrounding ourselves with with people that will build us up in our faith. We also chatted about the importance of having a place to spend quiet time with God.

Saturday night the boys did a service project before pulling in a mess of catfish.
They also got to share the mission of CTO with some folks who blessed them in return.

We still have openings for our spring turkey hunt if your son is looking for something to do April 5-7!

We may not have harvested any deer this weekend but we had a great time in the woods. The girls discussed how little things can make a big impact and how they can better prioritize time with God. Thank you to all our awesome volunteers and to our amazing land owners!
