June is National PTSD Awareness Month, and we want to open the conversation.

Trauma and substance use are deeply connected — many people use alcohol or other substances to cope with pain they don't have words for yet. If that's you or someone you love, please know: there is nothing wrong with you. There IS help available, and healing IS possible.

We're here all month long. 💙

What if a simple outdoor space could help someone find hope?

At Better Life in Recovery, we believe healing happens in community. That's why we're working to transform the outdoor space at our new home into a place where people can gather, share meals, build friendships, and find connection in recovery.

On June 12th, 60-80 volunteers will be showing up ready to work. The labor is covered.

Now we need your help with the materials.

Your donation will help provide picnic tables, grills, yard games, landscaping, and other improvements that will turn an empty green space into a place where hope grows.

If you believe in recovery, community, and second chances, would you consider partnering with us?

Donate today at BetterLifeInRecovery.com

Every gift helps create a place where people can find healing, connection, and a truly better life in recovery.
