Greene County CERT

Your Greene County CERT team has a busy weekend ahead, doing what they do best - serving our community! We're here at the Butterfly Festival until 3pm, running the first aid station and sharing information. Tomorrow we'll be at the Ash Grove Sparks in the Park Celebration. Come out to enjoy family fun (there's a caterpillar petting zoo!), good food, and see us!

Your Greene County CERT team has been so busy, we've forgotten to tell you what we've been up to! Today, we're set up with the Springfield-Greene County Office of Emergency Management at the Kids Health & Safety Fair at the Ferrell-Duncan Clinic parking lot, come see us from 9 AM - 12 PM!

We've got lots of fun giveaways, and other vendors are offering bike helmets, life jackets, and other safety-related materials.

We are looking forward to this amazing training opportunity. We hope you'll join us!

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is made up of trained volunteers that bring unique skills to local emergencies.

7/8/25: We are in full swing here at Big Rig Night at the Battlefield Mall! Come out and see us to take a tour of our deployment trailer to see some of the capabilities we have to support our community during disasters. Check out some other great big trucks, like Skylab from the Springfield-Greene County Office of Emergency Management! We're here until 7:30. See you soon!
