The horse world has always been a little different.

Long before “chosen family” became a phrase, barns were quietly creating it.

For generations, they have been places where the kid who felt out of place found belonging. Where differences mattered a little less. Where hard work mattered a little more. Where people from different backgrounds, identities, and walks of life found themselves in the same barn aisle, united by a love for horses.

The truth is, horses have never cared who you love, who you are, what you look like, or whether you fit neatly into someone else’s expectations of who you should be.

They ask only that you show up. Be honest. Be kind. And keep learning.

This Pride Month, we’re celebrating the riders, trainers, breeders, grooms, owners, and horse lovers who make our community richer simply by being themselves.

And we’re grateful for every barn that has been a safe place, a fresh start, a refuge, or a home when someone needed one most.

Happy Pride Month, friends. 🌈🤍

May we continue building a horse world where everyone has a place on the rail.

“Elegance is not standing out, but being remembered.” - Giorgio Armani ✨

I’ve always loved that quote because the best-dressed riders aren’t necessarily the ones wearing the loudest outfit in the ring.

They’re the ones whose clothing supports the story they’re trying to tell.

When I say my goal isn’t for the clothing to steal the spotlight, but to help YOU shine in it, this is what I mean:

There should always be consideration for the overall picture.

Yes, color matters. Yes, what compliments your complexion matters. Yes, what complements your horses coat matters. But fashion is about so much more than that.

If you’re showing in an Amateur Ladies class, perhaps we lean into something soft, elegant, and feminine to reinforce the image the class specs call for.

If you’re showing a green horse, or a horse with conformational faults, maybe we keep things classic and understated with subtle accents so we’re not unintentionally drawing attention where we don’t want it.

If you’re showing equitation and one shoulder sits lower than the other, let’s build up that shoulder pad and create a more balanced silhouette.

And if you’re trotting into an Open Championship aboard a powerhouse horse? Dress like the rock stars you are.

Because fashion is branding.

And in the horse show world, you and your horse together are the brand.

Every color, texture, silhouette, and detail contributes to the story you’re telling before the judge ever marks the card.

Brand smartly.
Brand intentionally.
And most importantly, brand authentically. 🤍

You asked, and asked (and asked! 😅), and we’re excited to finally offer the Peak Collar design!

This subtle little detail adds a gentle peak at the nape of the neck, sitting just above your back number, and peeking out from below your bun for an extra touch of visual interest and a little elemental pop that sets your coat apart.

Sometimes it’s the smallest details that make the biggest statement. ✨

The best outfits almost always start with a client saying, “okay wait… I think you might be onto something” ✨

A little trust, a little risk, a little “this might either be genius or a disaster” and suddenly we’ve created something that turns heads for all the right reasons.

Forever grateful for clients who let me cook creatively 🤍

Did you know? 💡We can create completely custom printed linings and shirt fabrics in just about whatever your heart can dream up ✨

Photos of your grandma close to your heart?
We got you.

Your kid’s hand drawn artwork turned into a lining?
We got you.

A hyper-specific vision you can’t quite find anywhere else?
Let’s chat!

This client, with a little help from ChatGPT, dreamed up a floral rococo-inspired vintage blue-on-ivory china pattern for her ratcatcher shirt. We sourced inspiration, digitally illustrated the repeat in Photoshop, and then had it custom printed onto cotton shirting before turning it into her final garment.

And truthfully? These are the kinds of projects that remind me fashion is art.

You dream it. We make it 🤍

Pretty in pink ✨🩷

Another trend we are seeing EVERYWHERE this season? Soft feminine color palettes stepping into the spotlight in a big way.

Powder pinks, ballet slipper tones, pearlized silks, and dreamy pastels that somehow still command attention the second they trot through the ingate.

One of my absolute favorite parts of show season is finally getting to see these outfits leave the workbench and step into the spotlight where they belong ✨

The late nights, fabric sourcing, custom pattern drafting, fittings, alterations, tiny details, and creative brainstorming somehow all come to life the second our clients walk through the ingate carrying themselves with confidence.

And goodness… y’all are SHOWING UP this season 🤍

From victory passes, to new partnerships making their debut, to riders simply feeling like the best version of themselves, getting tagged in your photos and seeing your smiles has completely filled my cup this spring.

What makes these garments truly special has never just been the fabrics or the sparkle. It’s the people wearing them. The horse girls who work tirelessly behind the scenes. The parents cheering from the rail. The trainers helping shape confidence. The riders brave enough to take up space and shine.

So here’s to just a handful of our fabulous clients already off to an incredible start this season. Thank you for trusting us to be even a small part of your story. You are the stars, always ✨

Now keep the photos coming because I will never get tired of seeing you all sparkle.

🎶 Sisters… sisters… never were there such devoted sisters… ✨

Same jaw-dropping pure silk jacquard.
Same glittering metallic lamé sparkle catching the sunlight.
One in baby pink, one in powder blue… and somehow two completely different personalities 🤍🩵

One of my favorite things about custom work is seeing how the *same* fabric can tell entirely different stories depending on the color, styling, and rider wearing it.

And yes… it comes in TWO more colors too 👀✨

Proof that sometimes the hardest decision isn’t *whether* to sparkle… it’s *which color* to sparkle in.

Not every “it girl” walks out with the blue ribbon.

Sometimes she trots out of the gate a little nervous. Sometimes the class doesn’t go exactly to plan. Sometimes the placings don’t reflect the work, the grit, or the heart behind the scenes.

But she still trotted into that ring polished, prepared, and carrying herself like she belonged there. And that matters.

Because confidence changes the way you ride.
The way you present yourself.
The way you recover.
The way you keep showing up.

At the end of the day, the girls who go far in this industry aren’t always the ones winning every class. They’re the ones who learn how to believe in themselves before anyone else does.

And if a beautiful coat helps you stand a little taller in the lineup? We think that matters too. 🤍

Show season is in FULL swing ✨

Victory passes are being taken, new partnerships are making their debut, and the nerves, excitement, and magic of spring season are officially here.
