Welcome Jubilee Regional Morgan Horse Show to the fairgrounds this week! We are open today at 9am, Wed-Sat at 7am. Brave the heat and come say hi!

Looking for a dessert at the fair to satisfy that sweet tooth? Come try our dessert horseshoe! Pound cake, funnel cake fries, and ice cream, topped with chocolate and caramel sauce.

One of our fair features back again this year is our walking horseshoe! For only $10, you get your choice of hamburger, chicken tender, or gyro with fries and cheese sauce on top. Made fresh to order and ready to stroll around the fair!

We’re getting ready for the 2026 Illinois State Fair, and Coliseum Corner’s corn dogs are staying just $2 throughout the fair again this year!
