Starting NEXT MONDAY, April is bringing an early morning Flow to the schedule every Monday at 5:30am☀️
A little about April:
“I earned my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification in 2020 and have since earned my E-RYT 200 designation, Trauma-Sensitive Holy Yoga (C-HY) certification, and 300-hour advanced training in 2026, bringing me to the 500-hour RYT level.
My yoga journey began as a way to reconnect with my body after motherhood, but it soon became a path of healing. Layer by layer, I peeled back years of living in survival mode and learned to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to myself with greater compassion.
That journey shapes the way I teach. I hope to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted exactly as you are. My classes are grounding, mindful, and approachable—an invitation to step away from life’s noise and reconnect through movement and breath.
Off the mat, you’ll find me gardening, exploring the outdoors, thrifting, or spending time with my husband and daughter. It is an honor to hold space for you.”
