Love is in the air! Join Adrienne and Courtney for February’s gentle partner Thai and hammock yoga.

Enjoy an evening of movement, relaxation, and partner-based stretching in our Gentle Partner Thai & Hammock Class. Perfect for couples, friends, or any dynamic duo looking to unwind together.

This unique class blends gentle partner-assisted Thai techniques with the support of aerial hammocks to deepen your stretch, improve circulation, and cultivate trust and relaxation. Expect grounding breath work, mindful movement, and lots of nurturing hands-on connection. No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.

Whether you're looking to connect with your partner in a new way, or just enjoy a peaceful hour of supported stretching, this is the perfect evening wind-down.

Bring a friend or loved one and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

We are hosting a free class to raise funds for Rescue One, a foster-based rescue loacted here in Springfield!

Join instructors Adrienne Parnell, Courtney Krueger, and Sarah Barnts for a special hour filled with pranyama, laughter yoga, and a mini sound bath!

This class is free to attend. Donations to Rescue One are encouraged and 100% of donations go straight to the rescue. All three teachers and the studio are donating their time for this special cause.

It feels so nice to be back in the hot studio today after a couple of snow days! Enjoy the warmth today with the following classes:

You can also join us in the non-heated studio at 5:30pm for Power Core 60.

We are going to remain closed through Monday morning. We'll reopen at 12:00pm on Monday, January 26th with our Deep Stretch class.

It is going to feel great to be back in the hot studio!

We are going to be closed for the rest of the day on Sunday, January 25th! Stay warm and enjoy the snow day.

The studio will be closed in the morning on Sunday, January 25th. No 9:00am or 10:30am classes.

We'll decide whether to open for afternoon classes when the snow stops falling. Until then, stay warm!!

We are going to cancel the 7:30am Power Yoga class on Saturday, January 24th. We'll reassess in the morning and see if we can safely open for the rest of Saturday mornings's schedule.
