Just the rough framing is done. Now we get to waterproof them and cover in the finished product

And just a side note, this kind of step is so much easier in concrete. Concrete requires so much less.

The concrete coalition (what this group of friends like to call ourselves) back at it to help get this project wrapped up.

Split finished concrete can prove a challenge. Each of the 3 finishes have their own timing requirements and to do this in one pour requires a skilled team of professionals.

That's where we come in. A great team showed up and knocked this one out of the park. This was the second pour of a 3 pour job. More pics and videos to come.

Next things ya know we'll be moving on to siding

Mistake were made and amended

It happens sometimes 🤷🏼‍♂️. While making our window order a couple egress windows changed size. The changes were not made on the plans for these windows and they were framed according to original plan.

It was a simple fix, remove all of the framing in these areas and rebuild it in the appropriate fashion. Lol, sometimes it be like that.

So I think we have decided to call ourselves the concrete co-op. Just a bunch of licensed guys that work together to make beautiful pieces of concrete for our clients.
