Heavy Equipment Mechanic’s primary responsible performing major servicing and repairs on a variety of mechanical, electrical, electronic, powertrain, and hydraulic systems for heavy trucks, excavation and timber equipment. Work is performed in a shop and/or outside in all weather conditions.
*Mechanic Duties:*
* Diagnose and repair all types of gas and diesel equipment, including, but not limited to, excavators, dozers, haul trucks, wheel loaders, water & l**e trucks, service trucks, pickups, and other support equipment
* Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace ignition, fuel, hydraulic, lighting, electrical/computer control systems
* Repair/ Rebuild engines, transmissions, differentials, hydraulic cylinders, axle groups, etc
* Perform welding and fabrication on mobile and stationary plant equipment as needed Maintain service, maintenance and repair records
* Repair and maintain shop tools and machinery
* Prepare work orders and order parts
* Make emergency field repairs to on site mobile equipment & trucks as necessary
* Safely perform repairs in the field during inclement weather & conditions.
*Requirements/Qualifications:*
* Journeyman level field mechanic with 3+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of off excavation and timber equipment, heavy duty diesel and medium fleet automotive.
* Experience in welding and fabrication
* Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, air conditioning and electrical systems
* Knowledge of industrial and shop safety rules, procedures, and equipment
* Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment to test and troubleshoot for proper operation before and after maintenance
* Computer experience entering data for work orders and purchasing parts
* Reliable attendance
* Ability to work independently/ self sufficient
* Heavy Equipment tools necessary to perform the functions of the job
* First Aid and CPR certified a plus
* Class A CDL w/ clean driving record (Preferred)
* 1 years dump truck driving experience (Preferred)
*Conditions of Employment:*
Successful candidate must submit to post offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a General Laborer, you will work as a jack-of-all-trades. For example, you might work in construction, landscaping, hauling materials, or even chopping firewood. In this role, you will need to be able to learn new tasks quickly, as what’s required of you can change rapidly from day to day or even hour to hour. You will need to be physically fit enough to spend most of the day on your feet and be open to taking direction from various people, including fellow team members with more experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):
• Perform basic landscaping tasks as assigned, to include mowing, weeding, tree trimming, clearing sidewalks, etc.
• Perform basic ground maintenance tasks, including pool cleaning, power washing, cleaning sidewalks & streets, cleaning equipment, etc.
• Haul goods and materials from one place to another, to include dump runs
• Perform basic tasks on construction sites
• Work efficiently & safely ALWAYS
Do your part to help us maintain a clean working environment
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an active Driver’s License to use work vehicles.
Must have a good driving record.
Must show up when scheduled with a good attitude regularly (reliability is key).
Be flexible and willing to perform various duties in service to the company.
Be an effective communicator who can connect with other staff .
Be physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift at least up to 50 lbs.
Be able to represent yourself and our community in a positive and professional manner.
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools without supervision.
Be able to follow instructions.
Be able to both work independently and with a team of people with limited to no supervision.

Looking for LOCAL (Springfield, Oregon and surrounding areas) drivers.
Job Summary:
Dump Truck Driver’s primary responsible will be driving dump trucks, hauling aggregate for project sites, excavation away from work sites, and tilt trailers with equipment. Must be able to load, haul and unload heavy equipment safely and efficiently. We are based out of Springfield, but work throughout Lane County.
Dump Truck Driver Duties:
• Must perform all job duties in accordance with our safety policies and procedures.
• Operate a dump truck to/from construction sites.
• Unload and load construction materials and/or equipment on job sites as directed.
• Inspects assigned equipment prior to operation on a daily basis and reports any issues to supervisor.
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains truck logs or time recordings as required by state, federal, and company policies and regulations.
• Sweep as needed
• Keep roads and streets clean from tracking and adhere to DEQ Erosion and Storm Protection practices.
