Here’s our some before and after photos of a rehab of one of our family homes in California while visiting over the summer. This was a real nasty job complete remodel needed from years of neglect. But I did learn for a fact that you can’t just openly work on your own house unpermitted, was 2 days from completion on this project and city of lawndale gave me a stop all work order due to not having permits and just made it a nightmare to even get permits and we had to come to a decision to just sell it as is. Lesson well learned but it came out looking nice lol.
