Sometimes last minute changes work out for both parties.
🤷🏾♀️ Do not be afraid to give us a call if you’re running behind or need to reschedule, we wont actually cry. Each stylist availability is different and small changes can affect our schedule and our clients.
15 minutes may seem too late but if you booked the stylist with a 30min scheduled lunch she may be able to keep you on the books with a heads up! She can take lunch with that notice and give you 30minutes to arrive!!
You need to cancel the same day? Give us a call, if you’re the first client of the day, maybe we’ll sleep a little longer. If you’re the last client maybe we get to leave early!
We understand life is unpredictable and extend grace to those experiencing those moments in life. A change of plan isn’t the end of the world, send a text or give us a call when possible. ❤️

As much as we love a tiny canvas, creating a bad memory or traumatic first braids/twists just isn’t our specialty. We believe first experiences should be gentle, patient, and positive.

Ten minutes may not seem like a long time, but it is enough time for a stylist to step away to eat or pick up supplies from the hair store. We kindly ask that you please be mindful and give us a call if you’re still on your way.
Yes it works both ways! If our stylist are running more than 10minutes behind we will notify you!
