My guest came in today unhappy with her hair, it was half done & broken in a lot of places from over processing.
she showed me a ashy blonde. Obviously we didn’t get very ashy, her last stylist put permanent color on & trying to break threw those bonds & lighten it is VERY hard. This is why I NEVER use permanent color unless my client is 30% or more gray! We had a good first session & eventually will be able to get her lighter a little at a time.

Trust the process it’s safer on your hair ❤️

Guys this transformation has my heart on fire ❤️‍🔥

She’s had multiple bad experiences from stylist over promising - under achieving. We don’t do that here! As her natural is sooooo dark we couldn’t achieve the brightness she wanted in one session without compromising her hair. (She knew & agreed hair integrity comes first - love her already) she’s had multiple stylist tell her they could achieve what she wanted but in reality she never got close & her hair has been BURNT off. (I about fainted) when I turned her around and showed her, her new hair she lit up. I acceded what she expected because I didn’t over promise. I talked to her the entire time told her what tones we would achieve & she left happy & her hair shiny & healthy. -THATS what makes a good stylist & a happy client. 🤍

•If you NO-show or cancel within an hour of your appointment there will be the FULL service charge non-fundable.

I understand things happen, I get life as I’m a mother of 2 & a human being. But I also have to feed my children, keep a roof over their heads, etc.

I hate to have to do this but within the last 2 days I’ve had 6 cancellations and some without enough notice to fill them. I don’t get paid hourly, I don’t get paid at all if you don’t show up. So please keep that in mind when you’re booking your appointments with me & anyone that works in the industry.
