Body Image.

At the beginning of the year, body image becomes heightened because of the new year, often times even more there is notice of areas that we as women do not like.

Giving yourself a goal of losing weight is ok and good as long as you doing it in a healthy way.

Unhealthy ways:
🚫 starving yourself
🚫 diet pills
🚫 excessive working out
🚫 weighing yourself daily
🚫 negative self- talk

Healthy ways:
✅ Eating healthy
✅ Exercising for enjoyment not punishment
✅ Speaking truth into yourself
✅ Do not compare
✅ Declaring the truth of your identity is in Christ, not your body.
