Employee of the Month: Noel! 🌟

If you know Noel, you know she is one of those people who makes the clinic a better place just by being in it. She is kind, nurturing, hilarious, endlessly supportive, and brings the perfect mix of warmth and fun to everything she does.

Noel recently stepped into a Pod Group Leader role, and she has absolutely shined. She leads by example, gives thoughtful and helpful feedback, jumps in to model whenever needed, and is always there to support the RBTs around her. She’s someone you can count on, and she brings a confidence and energy to her role that makes people want to learn from her.

But what stands out most is how much Noel genuinely cares about our kids. She is truly in this work for them. She builds incredible relationships with her kiddos, celebrates them, advocates for them, and somehow manages to make even the hard days fun. And judging by how excited they are to see her, the feeling is definitely mutual. 💛

We are incredibly lucky to have Noel on our team and so excited to celebrate her as our Employee of the Month!

Labor Day water day at My World ABA 🍦☀️🌭

We soaked up the sunshine and made some amazing memories with a fun filled water day at My World. From splashing and playing in the sun to enjoying yummy hot dogs and sweet ice cream and popsicles to cool off. Our clinic was full of smiles, laughter, and summer fun. 💙🌎

There is nothing better than learning, playing, and celebrating together. Our wonderful RBT’s got out there with the kids and really made today special for them. We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful labor day weekend. 🇺🇸✨

In addition to being our clinic Mary Poppins and always having anything you’d ever need in her magic bag, Lindsey is always consistent, hard working, and up to the challenge. She is a fabulous leader and so helpful in answering questions within Green Group, as well as collaborating with BCBAs to refine treatment for her clients. If you need a fidget, a picky pad, or some awesome modeling of ABA skills, Lindsey is your go to. My World appreciates all your hard work and everything you do for the kids and the company. 🌍💙

Happy Cinco de Mayo from My World!!! We celebrated by making yummy tacos for the whole clinic to enjoy, we had a RBT Mexican food themed potluck for the staff and they all showed us how wonderful they’re in the kitchen 😋, The Leadership team surprised our wonderful RBT’s with cute little themed goodie bags to show them how much we appreciate them, and how easy they make it to be able to celebrate them and the kids on ANY holiday. 🌮❤️🌯
