CONGRATS TO GARRET, A HEART OF A HERO WINNER! Garrett McIntosh, a local hero who works at Jordan Valley Community Health Center, won a gift certificate to Fazoli's ! 😋❤️

Garrett was nominated by Michelle who shared, "Garrett is a leader that puts forth the effort to not only make sure patients are taken care of, but also that staff is appreciated."

Michelle was also nominated by other staff, but was off this week on vacation, however still wanted to show her team the appreciation they deserve! 😊

The Jordan Valley Community Health Center Pumpkin Decorating Contest has begun, and we let our participants join in on the fun by making our pumpkin for the competition. 🎃

We celebrated with a birthday party at the Day Center, complete with party hats, balloons, and birthday cake, of course.
