SilverSat

The end of the space portion of our mission has finally come. As all CubeSats must ultimately do, SilverSat re-entered and burned up in the atmosphere sometime last night. The final contact that we know of was a beacon received by a station in India. Thank you to everyone who have been tracking our mission - our time in space was a big success!

The agenda for today’s SilverSat meeting:

We are fast approaching the end of our mission. The latest estimate is that the satellite will re-enter the atmosphere by next Tuesday. We hope to downlink SSDV up until then. We had another pre-dawn contact with the satellite this morning. The satellite had reset, but otherwise looks healthy
