CE Repro Fund moves money directly to patients who can't afford the care they need. The specifics:

$5 mails a medication package.
$44 covers one mifepristone tablet.
$50–80 covers a month of HRT for one person.
$125–250 covers an HRT consult on the sliding scale.
$145 covers a full medication abortion kit.

In April, a federal judge blocked the latest action targeting trans healthcare. We won that round.

But hospitals across the country haven't all restarted programs. Insurance gaps haven't all closed. The chilling effect is still in the system, even though the policy was beaten back.

That's the gap CE Repro Fund fills. We provide direct financial assistance to patients who can't afford gender-affirming care — hormones, labs, consultations, the navigation help when their hospital still won't see them.

Patients in restrictive states are still getting medication abortion. Quietly, often through telehealth, with help from navigators and shield-state providers. The infrastructure didn't disappear when access got harder — it adapted.

Today we commemorate the 53rd anniversary of the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, establishing abortion as a legal right in all 50 states. Although Roe was overturned in 2022 by the right-wing activists currently on the Court, we and reproductive advocacy organizations across the country will never stop fighting for your right to safe healthcare.
