A favorite on our tasting and a-la-carte menus right now is the roast duck with fregola, foie gras, black truffle, and maitake mushrooms. It’s earthy, comforting, and the perfect entry into fall.

From the stunning island of Sardinia comes Argiolas W**ery , a small family w**e estate that will be joining us for a special dining series at both Mistral and elements. Join us October 9th for a w**e dinner here at elements featuring Argiolas w**e and a 5-course menu of traditional Sardinian dishes. Then, on October 10th, Mistral will feature Argiolas with special w**es by the glass and a couple of special bites to go along with the regular menu.

The Argiolas family has worked diligently to become the leader in Sardinian enology and insists on using native Sardinian vines. The w**ery produces both a classic and prestige line of w**es. The classic w**es are fresh in style and bottled under various DOCs, including Vermentino di Sardegna and Cannonau di Sardegna.

The late Giacomo Tachis believed southern Sardinia possessed the “true soul of the island,” and helped create the prestige offerings of Argiolas, bottled under the Isola del Nuraghi IGT and aged in French barriques. These include Korem, based on Bovale Sardo, and the benchmark Cannonau blend Turriga.
