Sakura Express is Princeton's favorite family-owned, hole-in-the-wall sushi joint run by Brother Arthur and Andrew Co since 1996. After their retirement, the restaurant is under new management by Lynn -- the first female sushi chef in Princeton. With the same menu and recipes, she is continuing to serve up hearty portions of fresh fish, miso and udon soups, teriyaki, and tempura, and offer a fully-stocked fresh salad bar for eat-in and carry-out orders.
